XELLA-IN2 Exhibition App for "XELLA ", a biggest construction company of Belgium.
5 tablet app installed in XELLA exhibition.

Functional requirements

Windows App

Developed windows tablet app for data collection on the number of private consumers And professionals (client and non-client)
The application will inform the private/professional client about one specific product of Xella based on the interest selection.
Based on every interest, Private/professional gets newsletter about their product and next exhibition details.

Admin Panel

Developed back office for the Admin, Sales Manager and Sales representative hierarchy.
Admin panel collect all the entered information in the back-end office that the private/professional consumer have entered in the system in order to create a database. -> excel file loading
Sales representative and sales manager have filtration facility based on the postal code, region and language.

Technical architecture

Developed windows application 8.1, 10 using Microsoft framework; that was installed on tablets as well as on laptops. The application ran on a mobile based (3G) connection
Developed Admin panel functionality with PHP and MySQL technologies.
Back office Installed on client server to check the number of private consumers and professional clients that had visited the exhibition.

Around 1000+ private and professionals clients visited the exhibition.
More than 1000+ clients showed their interest in the new XELLA product.

Project Delivery

January 2016 – February 2016

Implemented Windows application that launched at XELLA exhibition.
Designed the XELAA interest pages for the explanation about selection
We gave admin panel an area where the system stored thousands of private and professional clients that visited the exhibition (to store their details).
We had given sales manager and sales rep areas for back office based on postal codes, interest and language.

QA testing and UAT (User acceptance testing)

February 2016

Tablet app and Admin panel engine went through manual testing by JPC’s in-house testers

Post-launch support and maintenance:

We provided complete support till the exhibition successfully finished and continued for one month post exhibition. We have provided complete database security to client.
