Technical architecture

We opted a WebRTC project to develop this browser and cross-platform mobile app.
We developed and designed dashboard in PHP with HTML5/CSS3.
Complete unified communication platform with all bandwidth (low, normal, medium and high) support.

Implemented using WebRTC protocol with TURN and STUN support.

Project Delivery

August 2015 – November 2015

We developed this unified communication platform for world’s biggest satellite company.
App has one on one chat functionality.
App has Audio and Video call functionality implemented with Web RTC protocol.
App has dynamic bandwidth mode supported like low, normal, medium and high bandwidth support.
We provided dashboard functionality where admin and companies register for the app. Dashboard also has detailed graphical view for the statistics. Admin, user can also manage the credit through dashboard.
User can update the profile, password through app.
We have provided Bluetooth support hence paring facility available for the audio and mic.
We installed SSL on Apache server for Web sockets and Chrome browser support.
We have provided TURN and STUN server support. Automatic email on TURN server status change.

QA testing and UAT (User acceptance testing)

November 2015

Browser, Android and iOS App went through rigorous testing by our QA team. Our QA team did several unit testing, integration testing, load testing and performance testing.

Post-launch support and maintenance:

Team JPC Technologies provided complete support till all the QA tests and UAT were successfully passed. We provided all the manuals and instructions to push the web code, database for production.
