Technical architecture

We developed VoIP Dialer applications for Android and iOS with UDP as a SIP signalling protocol.

Complete solution with low Bandwidth support and tunnelling to enable it to work in SIP Blocked region of Bahrain.

Project Delivery

August 2015 – November 2015

We developed this solution for Kalaam Telecom - the biggest telco of Bahrain.
Users can register using mobile number.
The number is verified by SMS Pin.
SIP ID, Password and rest provisions are automatically handled on mobile app.
App Synchronises contacts with users’ phonebook and displays a list of contacts separately who are using the same application.
Users can have call for free with all contacts listed under free contacts list.
Users can check available balance on dialer screen.

QA testing and UAT (User acceptance testing)

November 2015

Android and iOS App went through rigorous testing from our QA team. Our QA team did several unit testing, integration testing, load testing and performance testing.

Post-launch support and maintenance:

Team JPC Technologies provided complete support till all the QA tests and UAT were successfully passed. We provided all the manuals and instructions to function and maintain system and database.
